Geesje met Niels
There will be a second litter!
On april 15th, 2010 Geesje made love with Niels Chester v.h. Zandhiem (NHSB nr. 2660835). A second attempt the next day has failed: Geesje no longer was willing.
Om may 17th, 2010 I went to the vet to have a blib made and know we are sure: GEESJE IS PREGNANT! Ik sau the harts of the pups beat, I saw little heads and I saw some paws moving. They ar alive and kicking!
If everything is going well the pups will be born around juni 17th
Geesje realy is growing now
Geesje is starting to grow a lot now. Within 6 days she gained 1,2 kg of weight. If she keeps up with this I'm sure she'll have a heavy time ahead of her. On the picture you can't see her belly growing but you can see very well that she already sometimes is getting tired.
I've feld kicking puppies and Geesje has to rest a lot!
Today for the first time I feld paws (or something else) of the puppies moving!
I'm wondering what is to become of this because Geesjenowadays only is sleepeing and growing. She still has 2 more weeks to go, according to the regular scedule....
Our scales are broken?
Again we have weighted Geesje and in 3 days time she has gained 1,2 kg. Because of this (1,2 kg is quite a lot!) I thougt my scales were broken, so I weighted her again. But it is true!

We are getting impatient.
We really can't wait eny more. When your laying your hand op the stomage of Geesje you really can feel a lot of "bumps" moving and kicking.
This is too much!

Geesje doesn't eat anything this day. She digged a huge hole in our garden and is constantly gasping for breath. She doesn't want to be left alone, even not for a minute and a quick walk around is to much. All signs.....
